公司主营船舶修理（包括M/E、A/E）、新船建造代理、新造船设备进出口、船舶备件、韩国SK船用润滑油中国北方唯一代理。 公司业务贯通中韩两地，覆盖中韩两国各大港口，并通过海外业务网络辐射全球主要港口。

公司自2015年起，逐步取得了SK船用润滑油北方代理权，HANBIT PRECISION 创新喷油系统中国代表处，等一系列国际先进厂商授权。
